Terms and conditions according to doc. 1341 ZGB, which apply to accommodation agreementes between Piccolo Hotel Gurschler and persons reserving a rooms.

1. Cancellation agreement according to doc. 1382 ZGB

The agreement can be termiated at the latest 30 days prior to the arrival date of the guest/s by Piccolo Hotel Gurschler with no cancellation fee due. The cancellation must be sent in writing.

If the guest or the person who booked the room cancels the reservation 20 days or less prior to the agreed arrival date then the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:

Cancellation at the latest 15 days prior to the date of arrival: 40% of the agreed total price;

Cancellation at the latest 8 days prior to the date of arrival: 60% of the agreed total price;

Cancellation less than 8 days prior to the date of arrival: 70 % of the agreed total price;

The cancellation has to be made by means of unilateral written document and has to reach the host the latest within the above mentioned periods (20, 15, 8 days) to the agreed date of arrival of the guest.

If the guest or the person who booked the room does not take the room without any cancellation then the guest/the person who booked th rooms is bliged to pay 70% of the agreed total price.

The agreed price is the price for lodging, food and other services.

Should only a number of rooms be cancelled then the cancellation and possible cancellation fees apply only to the rooms cancelled and not to the number of rooms reserved in the original booking.

2. Agreement regarding an early departure of the guest

In the case of early departure of the guest/s, the cost of the room/s and services for the days used will be charged and a 70% fee will be charged for the remaining days of unused accommodation and unused services.

3. Deposit for confirmation

The deposit is not refundable even in the case of early cancellation.
