• 0-2 years = € 15.00 per day
• 3-4 years = € 35.00 per day
• 5-6 years: -50% of the daily rate
• 7-8 years: -40% of the daily rate
• 9-10 years: -30% of the daily rate
• 11-12 years: -20% of the daily rate
• 13-14 years: -10% of the daily rate

Pets are very welcome, but are not allowed in the dining room or in the wellness area. We charge € 15.00 per day (without food) for a special cleaning or disinfection of the room.

• For stays of up to 3 nights we charge a surcharge of € 10.00 per night/person.
• For dishes for vegans, vegetarians and allergy sufferers we charge a surcharge of € 12.00 per day/person.
• When booking without dinner, the price is reduced by € 10.00 per day/person.

We charge a surcharge of € 35.00 per day for single rooms.

A local tax of € 1.80 per person per night is charged for all persons over the age of 14. This tax is not included in the hotel price and can only be paid on site in cash upon departure.

• Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellation from 60 to 30 days before arrival: € 100.00 processing fee
• Cancellation 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
• Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total amount of your stay
• In case of no-show: 100% of the total amount of your stay

It is hard enough to unexpectedly not be able to go on a booked trip. In order to avoid any financial implications, you should take precautions in good time.

We therefore recommend the travel cancellation insurance Hotelstorno Plus in cooperation with Europäische Reiseversicherung AG.
