Fantastic food without the frills

Enjoyment is never neglected in Maso Corto.

From Senales roast lamb to South Tyrolean dumplings to Italian tiramisu: our down-to-earth home-style cooking combines the best of North and South and makes use of regional, seasonal delights. If you book one of our rooms, you can enjoy half board with both breakfast and dinner. You can also book full board, as we offer warm meals in the restaurant all day.

Breakfast buffet
Well-fed for the mountains

Enjoyment begins in the morning at the Piccolo Hotel Gurschler. Especially when the aroma of coffee and fresh croissants lures you out of bed and to the breakfast buffet. There you can help yourself to homemade jams, fresh juices, cakes and many regional products. Breakfast is also available to external guests.

Evening menu
A delightful finale

In the evening, head chef Siegi and his crew serve up a delicious 4-course menu with salad buffet. Mediterranean yet local, sophisticated yet simple. We serve selected national and international wines, including the Pinot Ötzi, which was created as an experiment by winegrowers, wine experts and the extreme mountaineer Reinold Messner.

À-la-carte restaurant
Warm food throughout the day

During the day, you can enjoy food in our bar-restaurant. The menu includes small but tasty dishes and snacks, cakes, organic apple strudel, desserts and refreshing ice cream sundaes. You can plan new mountain adventures or watch the hustle and bustle on the slopes from the sun terrace. The kitchen is open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm and also welcomes larger groups.

Leos Pub
Good drinks, good conversations

Fancy a bit of après-ski atmosphere? The rustic Leos Pub, which is internally connected to the hotel, is the place to toast your mountain experiences and meet new people with a good glass of wine, a Pinha Schnalstalada or an authentic farmer's schnapps. In addition to our hotel's own chapel, Leos Pub can also be hired for special celebrations.
