Pleasure at the Piccolo Hotel Gurschler starts in the morning. Pleasure starts when the scent of coffee and fresh croissants tempts you to leave your bed and enjoy the vast breakfast buffet which awaits you. At lunch you can regain your energies best with a snack in our Bar-Restaurant. In the evening you enjoy a delicious 3-course menu, created by our year-long chef de cuisine Siegi and his team. To complete your gourmet experience we serve national and international wines, amongst which the Pinot Ötzi, which originates from an experiment by sommelier Helmut Raffeiner, wine grower Martin Aurich ("Unterortl" Winery), extreme mountaineer Reinhold Messner, wine grower Franz Pratzner ("Falkenstein Winery"), and wine expert Peter Dipoli.
